We are The Palm on Callington, the newest location shoot destination in Perth, Western Australia. Building a home by the beach for our family has been a lifelong dream. Our Palm Springs inspired home is unique for its location. With succulent gardens and white render, it is a little oasis in the burbs. Originally, a 60’s single story home that had one owner occupied our block. We wanted to create a beautiful home that paid homage to the original
home, its owners and the surrounding houses.

The Palm on Callington was built in 2019. Its inspiration came from William Krisel’s Design, The Lost Krisel in Palm Springs. It is a single-story, black and white, modern home inspired by the 50’s.

Built by Austurban Homes and interiors done by Megan Prentice, the home has a focus on design. With a northern facing back yard and built around the pool it has beautiful natural light.

The home is in the western suburbs in South City Beach, Western Australia. It
is a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by trees. With an outlook to Bold Park, it provides a stunning back drop for photo shoots.

The property has a 5-car garage, large study, 3 ensuites and 2 spare bedrooms that can be used for storage of equipment, makeup and dressing purposes.
